Eiger has five account sizes, from €10,000 to €200,000, and three programs. The cheapest one-time fee is €60 for a €10,000 2-Step Challenge; the largest is €1,370 for a €200,000 1-Step Challenge. This page puts every fee in one place, then turns each size's targets and limits into euro so you can see what the fee buys.
Key takeaways
- 2-Step Challenge: €60 / €125 / €240 / €450 / €840.
- 1-Step Challenge: €98 / €208 / €390 / €735 / €1,370. Pay After You Pass uses the same full fee, with only part of it due at checkout.
- The percentages are the same on every size, so a larger size means larger targets and larger limits in euro, in the same proportion.
- Every fee is one-time. Nothing renews.
What does every program cost at every size?
| €10,000 | €60 | 2-Step €60. 1-Step €98. Pay After You Pass €12.74 at checkout. |
|---|---|---|
| €25,000 | €125 | 2-Step €125. 1-Step €208. Pay After You Pass €20.80 at checkout. |
| €50,000 | €240 | 2-Step €240. 1-Step €390. Pay After You Pass €78 at checkout. |
| €100,000 | €450 | 2-Step €450. 1-Step €735. Pay After You Pass €147 at checkout. |
| €200,000 | €840 | 2-Step €840. 1-Step €1,370. Pay After You Pass €274 at checkout. |
The bold figure is the lowest one-time fee at each size, which is always the 2-Step. The Pay After You Pass figure is lower still, but it is only the first part of the 1-Step fee; the rest is due after you pass. That split is laid out size by size in Pay After You Pass cost by size.
These fees are listed on the programs section of the home page and summarised in the Challenge programs table of the trading rules.
What does each size mean in euro while you evaluate?
All three programs use a 5% target per step, a 5% daily loss limit and a 12% overall drawdown, trailed from peak equity like the funded limit. In euro:
| €10,000 | €500 | Target €500 per step. Daily limit €500. Overall limit €1,200. |
|---|---|---|
| €25,000 | €1,250 | Target €1,250 per step. Daily limit €1,250. Overall limit €3,000. |
| €50,000 | €2,500 | Target €2,500 per step. Daily limit €2,500. Overall limit €6,000. |
| €100,000 | €5,000 | Target €5,000 per step. Daily limit €5,000. Overall limit €12,000. |
| €200,000 | €10,000 | Target €10,000 per step. Daily limit €10,000. Overall limit €24,000. |
The target and the daily limit are the same number at every size, because both are 5%. The 2-Step asks for the target twice.
And once the account is funded?
The drawdown limits tighten to 3% daily and 6% overall, trailed from peak equity, and a payout request needs at least 10% profit of the account size each time.
| €10,000 | €1,000 | Profit needed per payout. Daily limit €300. Overall €600. |
|---|---|---|
| €25,000 | €2,500 | Profit needed per payout. Daily limit €750. Overall €1,500. |
| €50,000 | €5,000 | Profit needed per payout. Daily limit €1,500. Overall €3,000. |
| €100,000 | €10,000 | Profit needed per payout. Daily limit €3,000. Overall €6,000. |
| €200,000 | €20,000 | Profit needed per payout. Daily limit €6,000. Overall €12,000. |
The reward is 80% of the simulated profit at every size. Results vary and most traders do not make a profit, so these are thresholds, not expectations. What changes at the switch to funded is covered in evaluation vs funded rules.
How should you think about choosing a size?
We will not tell you which size to buy. What the tables do show is that the percentages never change, so choosing a size is choosing the euro value of every limit and target at once.
Two practical points follow from the rule book. First, the lot rules are the same on every size: 100 lots max position, 100 lots per instrument, and a single trade may not exceed 3 times your baseline size, which is the median lot size of your closed trades, checked from the 4th closed trade. Leverage is 1:100 on every account. Second, the daily limit is measured in euro of the account size, so a position size that is small on €200,000 can be large on €10,000. Size your trades against the euro figure for the account you actually hold. The daily limit is worked through in the daily drawdown rule.
On cost, a larger size costs more to start on every program, and a failed account costs you its fee (or, on Pay After You Pass, the checkout amount). Losses on the account are never repayable on top of that.
What does a restart cost at each size?
If the first step of any program ends, by a breach or by the inactivity rule, you can restart that same account once, at half the full fee for its size.
| €10,000 | €30 | 2-Step restart. 1-Step restart €49. |
|---|---|---|
| €25,000 | €62.50 | 2-Step restart. 1-Step restart €104. |
| €50,000 | €120 | 2-Step restart. 1-Step restart €195. |
| €100,000 | €225 | 2-Step restart. 1-Step restart €367.50. |
| €200,000 | €420 | 2-Step restart. 1-Step restart €685. |
Pay After You Pass restarts at half the full 1-Step fee, not half the checkout amount, so the 1-Step figures above apply: €367.50 on the €100,000 size. The rest of the Pay After You Pass fee is still due once you pass. The restart is covered in the first-step restart.
Pick the size and you have picked every euro limit on the account.
